Fiber Fair hours: Saturday 10-6 and Sunday 10-4
Event is indoors with a few food vendors immediately outside of the building.
We are asking vendors to “pay what you are able” between $250-$500 per 10’ x 10’ space. This first year pricing is in place to help vendors recoup losses they may have incurred due to cancellations of other fiber events.
As of now, a single vendor may reserve up to two (2) spaces. If you are interested in more, please make a note on your vendor application and we can let you know if additional space is available as the event nears.
We will provide one 6’ table and 2 folding chairs per vendor space. Each booth will include tall drape along the back and half drape on the sides.
No applications will be accepted after OCTOBER 1. Booth fees are due within 7 days of acceptance of application.
Space is not reserved until contract is signed and booth fees are received in full.
Vendor may not share the same booth space with another vendor without prior approval from the Fiber Fair team and both vendors have submitted applications.
These services are included as a courtesy. Electrical outlets are IN the floor. Bring an extension cord if you need electrical, just in case the outlet is not near you. The onsite venue team will be on hand to remedy any problems that may arise. The Fiber Fair team cannot be held responsible for any possible outages that may occur.
The Sheraton Hotel is on the same grounds and within walking distance of the event. The Fairplex RV Park is located across the street. You will need to call for pricing and availability at both facilities.

On-site trailer parking (within walking distance of the event) is available for vendors. If you'd like trailer parking, send us a message and you will be assigned a spot. Vehicle parking is not included.
Move in will be Friday Nov. 17 from 10am – 5pm ONLY. Please unload and move your vehicle as quickly as possible so others may share the space. As of now, you will need to unload and load your vehicle on your own.
Move out will be immediately after the event on Sunday Nov. 19 from 4:01 pm – 9pm. EVERYTHING must be out of the building by 9pm.
If a vendor cancels for any reason up to Oct. 1, 2023, a full refund of booth fees minus a $50 processing fee will be issued. Cancellations after October 1, 2023, will receive no refund. If a vendor is asked to leave the Fiber Fair for any reason, no refunds will be given.
Parking per vehicle (vendors and attendees) is $17 per day. This fee is set by the venue and is non-negotiable.
